CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Thulasi Mohanadas
Thulasi is a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR UK Accredited Therapist, Business Psychologist, and EMCC Accredited Executive Coach with over 16,000 clinical hours across 20 years in the NHS and 8 years in private practice.
Before focusing on private practice, Thulasi worked at senior clinical level in the NHS — including as a specialist trauma clinician for the Grenfell response service, and as Clinical Lead for NHS Workforce Wellbeing & Resilience during the pandemic. These roles gave her rare depth of experience working with complex trauma, crisis, and the psychological impact of sustained pressure.
She specialises in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and burnout — particularly with people who are managing on the outside but struggling internally, or who have reached a point where they can no longer carry it alone.
Known for her warmth, precision, and structured approach, Thulasi brings together EMDR and CBT to help clients process what's keeping them stuck and build lasting psychological resilience. She also holds qualifications in Business Psychology and Executive Coaching, which informs her work with professionals and leaders navigating high-pressure environments.
